Essentially, I require someone to design, and project manage a weight loss program for me over the next 6-8 weeks and importantly keep me strictly accountable. I'm not looking for anything complicated, just keeping it very simple but the important point is the person can set targets and goals for me to achieve and for them to monitor and keep consistent track of. I will need a friendly, encouraging but strict person to keep me accountable with very regular check-ins. I'm happy to build-in a financial incentive bonus if my weight goal is reached. At this stage, I'm looking to lose about 5-8kgs in a relatively short timeframe and I have easy access to a gym. To start asap.
