Footwear Designer - Boots

We are a micro specialty footwear brand and are in need of some help bringing two styles of footwear to market for our very small line of footwear. We have been making footwear in Mexico and China for 15 years with limited professional training. We need someone with experience working with leather in footwear specifically, stitched/hidden welt construction, sourcing lasts, making tech packs. We have already researched what products to make and need someone to put the design together to our design specs, sourcing any necessary components, and communicating this information to the factory with a tech pack so that the factory can produce it. If you can make and grade a pattern for men's and women's boots, that would be a big plus but not necessary. -fluency in Mandarin, a plus. Compensation will depend on the depth of services provided. Our expected budget is around $3,000-5,000 per style and a potential for more projects in the future.
