For example, record what happens after you shop online. That may include online shopping, package tracking, receiving delivery notification and finally getting the package. Or if someone send you something, record the whole process from his/her sending to your final pick up. We need you to provide some basic info to build customer persona (privacy strictly protected), and at each phase of a process, you’ll : Define Phases - Each phase represents a major goal you are trying to achieve during the whole process. Record doing - I “Verb” … Example: I complain about item. Describe Touching points - the point you interact with packages/shippers. Record thinking - I believe … Example: I believe the quality of the item is poor Record feeling - I feel … Example: I feel angry at broken item A sample is attach in files to make it clear cut.
