Write some Software

We are a digital signage and we build interactive touch screen kiosks. We have somewhat unique needs. On the back end, this software will simply create a folder on the server and store media files such as images, videos, pdfs, excel documents, etc. The front end is a user-friendly account with forms and uploaders for the user to add their own media content and list information. Our ideal cloud CMS software would allow us to be a super user, and create client sub accounts. When we create each sub account, we'd be able to select different modules of functionality. Each client is different, since each of their touch screen kiosks require different media content. An example of a module that could be added would be a video upload slot, or page that allows the client to upload several pictures onto a canvas, which can publish into a JPEG or PDF on our server. Another example would be for a touch screen directory that allows the user to add records to their tenant list. The most complex part would be a module that allows text and media to be uploaded, and the information is stored into each record of an Excel file. For example, a user may see a form-like page where one field allows them to upload an image, another field allows them to enter some text, and another field allows them to upload a PDF. When they publish, it will save the media files to our server and put the link to the media into the excel cell. We have already have a functional prototype for several clients for this software, and we can set up webinars to show how it is supposed to work and look. We can also generate detailed descriptions of the functionality of the CMS. We are a somewhat of a new company, and are looking for cost-effective solution for the long term. We intend on adding much more functionality to this program over time - there is already a proven need for it in our industry. We are open to ideas and advice in terms of hosting and languages to use. But our current program is built with a database, using PHP to write information to the Excel files on the server, and Javascript to manage the front end. Thanks for your interest.
