I would like to hire a Coder

We are looking for simple Windows based application that allows to print necessary pre printed cheque information. The application should support arabic. Basically it needs to print the name , amount and the amount in letters, there should be a place where the user will enter the PO on which the cheque is issued for Names written for the first time will be saved and used later on. We also require ability search for cheques issued for certain names within From-To date and PO number
