TRADING ALGO IN JAVA. We'd need this software to be developed for Windows using Java. More in particular we'd need to code a simple trading algo in java for the interactive brokers JAVA API ([login to view URL]) via the IB GATEWAY. The code should be able to retrieve from interactive brokers' servers both historical and real time prices for stocks, futures, CFDs, and apply to them some basic trading rules with we'll share with you and with the goal to send automated buy/sell orders to the Interactive Brokers’ server for automated execution. At this regard a prior experience with the IB GATEWAY would be highly preferable as well a prior experience in writing simple trading algorithms in JAVA. (additional info are here [login to view URL]) THIS ENDS THE FIRST PART OF THE JOB Once the first part is done we'd need help also in uploading the java application on the amazon AWS servers so to have the application running in an automated fashion by connecting AWS servers to Interactive brokers servers and send trading orders directly to IB servers. THIS ENDS THE SECOND PART OF THE JOB. Considering we have a hard time constraint, we'd need a developer who can commit to deliver the FIRST PART OF THE JOB (i.e. a fully working version of the java application) within MAX 7 calendar days. If you are busy or you cannot commit to deliver an initial working version of the application within 7 days please do not apply as you will not be paid for your job if you will not deliver it on time. So please let's not waste each other time here. The second part of the job needs to be completed within 7 days from when the first part of the job will be completed. There will be 2 milestones payments: one for the first part of the job and the second for the second half of the job. If within the first 7 days there will be no delivery of the first part of the job there will be no payment for you. After this project will be done, we'd need the developer for a number of additional java projects similar to this, so if you get this job done well there is the strong opportunity to develop a long term business relationship with us, so that would beneficial for both of us.
