Tinder Like App with Realtime GPS Location and some addon features

Hi We have prior experience app like tinder development and that was in android version but it can be developed in IOS too. But the problem is budget and you also mention some other feature that is costly. So in this situation we propose 2 options- a) if you increase the budget that will be good b) initially you can start with native android and admin panel later you can develop the IOS only as because admin will same for all. Let me know your views to proceed further. Thanks
