Testing, debug, enhance existing PHP software that uses Amazon and other store API's -- 3

I have some existing web software for personal use that I would like to make into a membership site. I also have a need to work on this NOW. So if you have 10 projects on the go at once or have a huge backlog, then perhaps this is not the project for you - but if you have availability to analyze the project and work on it now then you may be the person for me. The software function is to cross check online store prices against Amazon prices and it currently exports a CSV - the software is good but periodically has issues. I need someone to be able to test / debug / add to the functionality of the software including add to the speed and help create it into a membership site. Things that will help - locally it crashes although cron seems to run ok. Gearman may be a solution here for when it becomes a membership site, to pool product advertising keys and run a continuous cron from the form entry of each member. Things such as 'save xpath links' are currently being added, as well as adding sites - I want some onsite instructions, and ultimately I want to roll this over to a executable desktop software and I am advertising for this now. For example today the site is not saving data for cron jobs properly - I need to be able to find out why? Things like increasing the speed / automation of the software / etc. Suggestions from you on enhancements are good too. Ultimately a membership user will be able to login to the site - conduct a search/scrape with perhaps some filters in place. The action will take place using cron or gearman and not interrupt any other users (share the pool of resources) - perhaps queue jobs, and return results in a variety of ways on and off screen filtered if required to only show data for certain criteria. A nicer GUI would be useful too. NDA will be required.
