channels-only admin can post messages groups- any body can post messages and chat (like whatsapp) we are having a channel , we need to add members into that channels for building a strong community .For that purpose we are contacting you ,there are many sorts of soft wares available in telegram, so we want to create a application where 1. the usernames or user ids of peoples are being extracted from the groups( several group links we will provide to you) and add that extracted usernames or user ids to Our channel anytime 2. Extract user ids of users from one group and add to other group, where we have to enfix the mute bot so that if any user try to message there they automatically get muted, only admin have the power to message

Hey, I have read your requirement and would like to share that extracting members and their IDs wont be a difficult task and the dump of the same will be provided to you. However, problem lies in adding them forcefully into another group/channel wherein if you add more than 30 members at a time, telegram will block your number.
