I require a custom made Web Interface for Teamspeak 3 client hosting. This interface should allow my customers to log into individual accounts, start, stop, and restart their individual instances of TeamSpeak, and pay their balance via paypal. The same interface should have an admin panel for my staff to set balances due on our clients accounts as well as create new instances of teamspeak 3 to accommodate additional clients. We should be able to create new user accounts for new clients via this admin panel as well. Requirements: > knowledge of PHP > Advanced knowledge of Teamspeak 3 server hosting > ability to set up a sql database with secure, hashed passwords
