Remove duplicate configurable product from top cart in header Magento and add the choosen option -- 2

When adding a configurable product to cart with a option, in the topcart you will see 2 times the same product, while I added only 1 time to the cart. See the first attached image. The second image is how i want it. So: remove the simple product of the configuration product from the top cart, and show under the configurable product in cart the option which is chosen. That’s all! Please bid only when you understand the issue, because i don't want to describe the problem again.
