Property Management Application (Vue/Laravel)

The application idea itself is very simple but it needs to be easy to use. The basic idea is allow property managers to create and manage real life properties on a website. Some of the features would be adding and removing tenants to the various property spaces. Allowing the tenants to sign in a specific portal and provide or update their existing information. Sending email and/or text alerts (using templates and twilio) individuals or the whole property in question. Properties can be owned by multiple property managers and/or owners. Owners own the property but do not manage the property like the property managers so they should only have read only access and need to go to the property manager for access. For on boarding of tenants and owners we should either be able to send an email , text, or print out something which has a token the user can use to create their account and by assigned the property privileges. Properties can have Associations associated with them. Think condo associations kind of idea. If a property is associated with an Association the members of such association can see who is managing and/or owning the property but not the tenant information. If the property manager removes his permissions to access a property (and there is no one else to take ownership) it gets deleted unless the property has an Association in which case the association can assign a new property manager. Later on there will be association document upload, to do lists, calender's (maybe), and a process for which association member's can propose and vote on things pertaining to the association. There are a lot of details to this application and the way it is intended to be designed. Please create a proposal and if you meet what I am looking for I'll go in depth about how some of the things should work and look like.
