PHP Speech to text using Google Cloud Speech to text and Amazon Transcribe

I have been working software development using PHP, Python and C for 6+ years and I am familiar with Google Cloud Speech and audio and video processing I also have a decent experience in linux.. Please give me the chance to handle your project and I promise I will NEVER let you down!

Although Google's API supports the Ogg Opus format (.opus), you are correct that it does not support the Ogg Vorbis format (.ogg). If not other method is available, ffmpeg can be used to perform an audio conversion from Ogg to FLAC, Speex or raw audio. Would that approach be acceptable to you? By the way ... Google struggles to transcribe your audio sample.
