WP/PHP Google Cal API Freebusy Query +

There are a bunch of facets to work on but I would like to do them one at a time. The first part of the project scope is: Client enters desired date for work on website. Loop through all suppliers and check Google Cal freebusy status Show all suppliers available on that day along with their information Client picks supplier and can now pick a package (1 of 4 options) client gets taken to "add ons" client enters payment information and terms and conditions clients see new upsell options and add ons client picks "way to pay" (in full or $199 deposit with equal monthly payments (must be figured out - final total+tax-deposit/number of months before event). client pays (payment is held until work is confirmed with supplier so information must be stored in DB with no immediate payment taken) If this can be used within an existing wordpress site it would be helpful. However, if it can't be i can do a PHP site dedicated to it. That's it! I was a programmer and I'd do it myself but I have no time to learn the Google api. If you can knock this out quickly, I would like this to exapnd to other options for the client as well as to develop an entire back end where the suppliers can track all jobs, get client information sent to them the day of the job automatically handle leads and upsells and put in all their available and unavailable dates. So this will lead to other projects.
