PHP CURL with Authentication Script Needed

I need to access a web page which also requires me to log in if I haven't already. I currently use a macro to do this on a dedicated desktop, but I want to move it to a cloud based solution. When logging in to the web site, 2 cookies are created - .ASPXAUTH and ASP.NET_SessionId I need a script written in and that can be run on a PHP server which can supply these cookies and can get the contents of the page required. I can supply a username/password and the URL of the page.
