Photo ajax loading issue and fields rearrangement issue in our site osclass frame work

Explanation for the photo ajax loading issue in our site(osclass frame work) Actually we have a site which is desinged in osclass and we have customized the core script to integrate some complicated functionalities in our site. We have explained well about the issue in our site, interested experts can fix the issue and help us to improve our site. Explanation about the issues: -First you have to go to our site "[login to view URL]" and need to click on the "Post free ad" button , a page will be loaded with list of main categories with its icons. -You have to click on any one main category and need to click a subcategory, it will load the form with the fields(custom fields) which is related to the selected subcategory. when you click on a subcategory, there is an event is triggered inside the javascript function called selectCat() the triggered even is ('catId).change(). so, in this change event they have written an ajax call to get the custom fields and other fields, and we are arranging it as per the order. Here, we have customized the ajax_photo_upload and have created our own functions to load the photo ajax part, some times due to poor internet the ajax call is loaded without getting all informations and it is missed to loax the photo upload part. you have to fix this issue in our site , if you fix this issue we are ready to give more and more jobs in future. 2) Sometime the forms while displaying it gets rearranged, which needs to be fixed 3) when the site is loading we would like the clear the cache of the current browser so that if we do any change that will be loaded directly from our server without loading from cache.
