UIPI (International Union of Property Owners) wants to create a Best Practices Online Hub (name not final) that will be a platform where European good initiatives led by property owners and property owners associations are showcased, giving them visibiltiy and inspiring others to start good projects/initiatives (in various realms; e.g. social action, neighbourhood life, sustainability, innovation, etc.). The website needs to be appealing to all age groups and genders, modern, easy to use and navigate. The website needs to be appealing to all age groups and genders, modern, easy to use and navigate. Three of the desired features of this website are: - Being as interactive and engaging as possible; - showing the examples pinned on a European map, where factsheets can be shown when navigating through the examples; - and form filling system (linked to the website contents once review and approved), that will enable voluntary entries of these best practices examples directly provided by the website users.
