I need help integrating my landing pages with my Get Response, Dial My Calls and Zapier accounts

Hello I need help with a few things. My landing page that was set up in Get Response needs to be integrated with Zapier so that when a customer opts in they will also get a text and phone call from Dial My calls. Also I need help setting up my Convirtri landing page so that the forms section also integrates with Get Response and Zapier and Dial My calls. I am ok with building the pages and campaign but I need help making everything work together and I need to be shown how to do this as well so that in the future I can do it on my own.
