Need to Get These Points Implemented On An Already Existing Wordpress Website

Subscribe to Newsletter Option in the Footer, Sidebar, Below the Article Content, Middle of Home Page, Middle of Category Listing Pages. (I should have an option in Admin to Place the Widget anywhere I want). Whenever a user scrolls down the articles and comes to bottom of the screen then also the newsletter option should come in a popup. (You can use a already existing Plugin to achieve it) b. Facebook Like Box Popup Which comes wherever the Website Page is Loaded and User Can Like our Facebook Page Directly. (We can merge this option with the Newsletter subscribe Popup giving user can option to select from the 2 options or both. You can use a already existing plugin to achieve it.) c. Need to Give a Login Option to My Users on the Website (SignIn/SignUp/Login Through Social Media - FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+) and once the user has created his account then he can go to his dashboard where he'll find the following options : 1. User can Upload His Documents and Save it In His Profile. He can even click a picture (On Desktop the Webcam will open and on mobile the mobile camera would open). Once the user has uploaded the photo he will get a photo editor where we can edit the size of the photo, add picture effects, crop the photo, etc and then save it to this profile. 2. User can Edit his Profile Details. 3. User can convert the already uploaded or document (pdf, doc, xls, ppt, rtf, mp4, 3gp, etc.) into different formats, sizes and weight. For example User can compress the size of 2MB PDF doc by 50%, or he can change the size/dimension of a photo by entering the required height and width. 4. User can Contact the Admin Support for Any Queries or Problems. 5. User can Bookmark an Article on the Website for Later Viewing. 6. User can Bookmark a Category of the Website for Receiving notifications on any new article being added to that category. d. Option is Admin Panel to Send Mass Emailers to the Subscribed/Registered Users. e. Desktop and Mobile Push Notifications (You can Use a 3rd Party OpenSource Service For it). f. JSON REST API to Register/SignUp/Login users using mobile app of ours. g. Option to Show Realtime Users on a Particular Post. For Example - [login to view URL] h. Optimize the website to resolve the Google Page Speed Issues and Increase the Page Speed Rank. These are only initial set of points and if you are able to finish this up, and I have regular tasks on this website to hire you on monthly/weekly basis. Only serious bidders and no spammers. 2 milestones will be created of 50%-50% each, with 1st milestone to be released on 50% work completion and next 50% on 100% work completion.
