I have installed and fully configured PHPList, using AWS. I am looking for someone who can help me USE the system by uploading lists of recipients and setting up and distributing email messages. This will be a recurring need, because I will be sending out emails once or twice a month. You MUST have experience using PHPList, have good English-language communication skills, and have positive reviews on Freelancer.
