i see you are looking to finish off your project. Adding basic functionalities will not be a problem and can be taken care of in a few days time. It is difficult to say how much time would be required to resolve existing issues( depending on the number and severity of bugs existing). This can be discussed and maintenance post completion of requirement can be done on an hourly basis. I think that would be the best way to go about it.
