Need to block a user from site

I have a website that someone is continuosly clicking on ads, etc. I need them blocked from my site. I tried blocking using .htaccess but that doesn't seem to work. CSF is installed on site, so you should be familiar with that. Attached is a clip from the web server log files today, Im sure it is the same person.

Hi, I guess the person who is messing on your website is probably using a bot for it. Try installing a plugin called "Bad Bot Blocker", you can search for it on the plugins page, and let me know if that solves the problem. Thanks!
