MODIFY A WORDPRESS TEMPLATE

I have a wordpress template which is a restaurant and waiter ordering system. I want a few minor changes, i need the waiter system to not be able to delete orders once sent through to kitchen. I also need the visual aspect of the waiter pos screen changed and edited. Currently the waiter system is displayed on a phone and when orders are clicked they can be added to a table in the table tab. Or they can click table in table tab then add items . These items automatically send to a kitchen tab which is open on another tablet showing live orders. I need a waiter to login and it display only one table and they can order only to that table this is where the kitchen can then take off the order this function is already there and an audible alert alerts the Wheatus tab that they are drinks ready or food ready I want the UI updated to a little bit more modern like the one attached
