HI, I would suggest you to look at an open source product which has Maintenance of Buyers , Vendors, Inventory, Invoicing and Product Maintenance and this can be cusomized for your requirements. I have excellent experience in one of the open source products and i have customized this tool to Indian GST requirements and in fact i offer this as a hosted solution also. So if you can share your detailed requirements will be able to do a gap analysis and give you a fitment report and based on this we can look at using this. This is on MYSQL and PHP If you need this only in Access i will be able to develop the same functionality into this. I have excellent experience in Excel and Access and other Microsoft related. I have written complex macros like creating a BoM for an ERP, creating P/L, Cashflow statements from a database. I have worked in Infosys a top IT services company for more than 10 years and now i have started on my own. Hi, I'd love to do this job for you. I'm new to freelancer but have over 10 years experience with Excel, Access and VBA. I've created Access databases for many different projects. The closest I've done to your requirement was create a database for manual purchase orders, it contained vendor information, pricing, delivery info etc. and the user could output the orders to PDF. I also allowed the user to attach comments and attachments to the orders. Off of this you could then run reports to see who biggest spend, product spend etc. I'd love to see your spec in full, could you send it me please? Thanks Chris
