Membership Registration

Develop a secure online database application with multiple input/query categories for a web site that already exists. New members should be able to enroll on-line and existing members should be able to renew their memberships on-line. Database would need to be created. Each entry should include 20-40 fields. Membership is less than 500. This job does not require an e-commerce functionality, but should include a "letter of intent" for new members to join or existing members to renew annual membership and should keep track of expiration dates. Administrators will have the ability to review database logs and run basic reports on those logs. Administrators will be able to grant access for data entry, queries or both. Administrative users will have the ability to add, remove or lock individual data records, add/remove users and set user access levels and access times (i.e. Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM) for security [login to view URL] Entry & QueryAuthorized users with data entry access will be able to enter data and query the system. Other authorized users will be able to access the system, login and query the database. Queries can be made using last name lookup or other criteria based on database fields. All database accesses will be logged for security purposes. The capabilities outlined above will be incorporated into a custom web-based application and presented as a user friendly, web page.
