Make changes to existing Chrome Extension

I have a Chrome extension that I would like to modify the following way: 1) instead of grabbing information from a Linkedin specific profile (only one result) it needs to grab all the needed information directly from the search results page (I believe there are 25 results per page). 2) needs to acknowledge that is has extracted all the needed information from the page before allowing the user to move onto the next page result. 3) connect the extension to an api in order to gather results 4) instead of inserting results directly on a linkedin page we will display them on a webpage and save the results to a DB Looking for someone that can start and complete the project today with clean commented code.
