Mailchimp automation and transactional setup

Hi! We're now building a web service where members will be able to request offers in different categories. We need a consultant to implement and help us with all the email automation. We will create the content but everything needs to work flawlessly. For example, a new member leaves a request that they want three offers for a building project, with the Wordpress Ultimate Member integration to Mailchimp, a "Welcome and login credential" email will be sent. We will review the offer request and then publish it on our site so companies can contact the user after they've bought the lead. NOT YET ACTIVE Companies in the right category list (for example building companies) will get a weekly email with which building projects in their neighborhood they can buy contact information from (the lead can be bought 3 times, and then SOLD OUT = should not be in the email). The email will contain 5 examples of projects they can buy contact info from (ex. New bathroom in Stockholm"). When a company has bought a lead they will get noticed direct when a new published lead in their profession is published. There will be other types of condition based emails which will be sent. I wan't a real pro with prior experience in this more advanced email marketing field. We have a Wordpress site, member sign ups and forms with Ultimate Member. The leads will be published as a woo commerce product in Main Category and Sub Category. The categories and the location has to "click" with the email lists. For example "Real estate agents in municipality". I want an hourly pricing and if the collaboration works fine, you will help us both in the start-up process and afterwards as an marketing automation consultant.
