I want to develop a tool that allows visitors to my website to measure the server response time as well as total page load time of their website from 4 different locations simultaneously. Looking for someone who can create an API for doing the needful and then create a plugin to integrate the same in WordPress. Project also includes front-end design of the tool page. However, I can hire a web designer seperately, if need be.
