We are a hosted Email Service provider.
We use Postfix MTA with Amavis using Clam for Spam protection.
We want to build an intelligence in our MTA to identify the below two situations and report them to the sender while taking the below mentioned action:
1. If the Inbound emails to the users on our hosted platform are identified as spam by Amavis/Clam, a return verification email should be send to the sender to verify himself as Human and not an autobot.
The verification should be an customized email notifying the sender with a click tab leading the sender to a link on our site with Captcha to verify the sender as human.
Once verified, The senders email id should be identified genuine (only for the recipient and not for all users on our platform) and the senders future emails will not get blocked in Spam until the recipient user in our system again tags him as Spam id.
This alteration in spam control should not affect the Virus scanning in amavis/clam.
2. If the Users of our hosted email platform sends emails out which are identified as spam by the recipients MTA, The users in our platform should get an email notification of the Spam rating being tagged to their email so they may contact and clear their email to the recipient.
