I need someone to edit a php site/script to allow for more information to be collected from users. It should be a fairly straight forward script addition. I just need more information to be collected and displayed, such as height, weight, etc... I have attached a couple graphics of the current info that's being gathered and displayed.
I can provide a link to the site and will provide the script for editing.
