Help me add simple start/stop functionality to my admin panel

I'm tired, and don't feel like coding this. So I'll give you money instead! Functionality + Logic: - I have a simple admin panel with a list of accounts. - Each account has a variable that needs to be passed to a exec() function. - These exec functions are intended to starts/stops ffmpeg process, so we need to save processID in a database. - The button must start/stop via ajax/jquery (don't feel like wasting time on a framework here).
