I have trouble with my database and my website in asp dont work

As per my experience to go through someone else´s source code the best and fastest way is to use the debugger through which we can check the code step by step so we can go through the main methods of the program. Using step into and step out functions we can see what different methods do. This way we can know the structure of the code. This debugging is done by the breakpoints which we can Set on methods. For example, If you changing the code of a line, it causes unexpected changes on other places so by putting a breakpoint on that line we can go step by step and easily catch the changes in it. By doing this a lot, I can start to learn the structure of your code very fast and got to know the actual issue. I am a developer and I know very well what the error says after hitting by the debugger. I worked so many projects with Asp.Net, MVC, Asp.Net core, Vb.Net, Telerik, AgularJs, Bootstrap, CSS, Javascript, HTML, Jquery, Ajax, UI, UX and also in Server - Entity framework 5 and 6.2. Database using SQL 2010 to 2016. So that I am accounted now with the different type of error and miss match things in a project. Ping me.
