Fix HTML/CSS/Responsive bugs on Wordpress Site Homepage and Integrate New Mobile Design with New Nav

I have an existing WordPress site and I'm looking for someone who can take my SketchApp Designs (.sketch files) and... HTML/CSS Work * Compare design with my existing theme's home page to Fix all CSS/HTML rendering bugs (see attachments) * Fix all responsiveness rendering bugs on the home page * Integrate new mobile design for the home page (see attachments) * Integrate new mobile navigation (responsive, see attachments) PHP Work *Globalize a snippet of PHP which makes the top border on each card a certain color based on the genre of music (already have code, need to globalize the code so it can be called from anywhere in the site easily via a global php variable) (see snippet in attachments) I have included screenshots of existing pages and new pages, as well as the snippet of php code.
