Date Validity Matrix/Formula for Online Software/Platform

I require an additional element to my current system. This system will calculate the validity of documents and present/file (link) them into certain cells/columns within a page. The system will ask the 'User' category they wish to upload their document to. The 'User must identify the appropriate category that their document belongs to. The 'User' will upload a file and self assign a date to the file. Each category will have a validity period already assigned to it. ie: 1 yr, 2 yrs Upon the 'User' submitting the file and date (data), the system will calculate which cell to insert the data/link in either; Cell 1: Valid, Cell 2: Previous (Expired) or Cell 3: History (Expired). Cell 2 (Previous) will show the expired data from the previous period. Cell 3 (History) will be an archive list of older data. As time passes, data will automatically become expired. The system must recognise this and rellocate the data/link from the 'Valid' cell to the 'Previous' cell or from the 'Previous' cell to the 'History' cell. CELL COLORS: All 'History' cells will remain grey, irrelvent to any data being within it. If data is valid (within the 'Valid' or 'Previous' cells, the cell must show green. If data within the 'Valid' cell is within 1 month of expiry the cell must show yellow. If there is not data in a cell, the cell must show red (with the exception of the 'Previous' cell which will be grey when their is data in the 'Valid' cell.
