Create Webhooks for our Fomo Account

We have code installed on our index page but want to add more notification content using their template/webhooks We want to add a notification that displays when someone registers on [login to view URL] <name> from <state> became a client and is now getting national recruiting exposure! Same action as above on our other pages listed on our site under sports tab Like this [login to view URL] these pages are built using leadpages and may require insert code in js? Not sure.
