Create Social Media Aggregator

Hello, I'm looking to have a custom social media aggregator created with a few features. I would need the aggregator incorporated into this dashboard theme [login to view URL] I already purchased this theme, so you would not have to buy it. I need the data to be displayed in a neat and organized way using this dashboard, the script would be for my personal use and needs to be accessible online from my host. I would need the script to display my social media feeds (Twitter, Facebook, Reddit and any defined RSS feed that I want). I would also need a feature in the aggregator that allows me to recognize trends. Basically, I want the script to keep track of repeated words and hashtags so I can identify trends from my social media sources (Facebook, Twitter etc)... I only want this to work with the people that I follow on Twitter, Facebook or predefined RSS feeds. Something that keeps track of how many times words and hashtags are repeated - I want the script to do it automatically, words and hashtags that I don't have to predefine or words that I do have predefined. The script would create a word and hashtag list with the number count of how many times it's been mentioned - and a word filter that lets me exclude any simple words like "a, this, the, that, at,was, too" etc (if you have any better way to exclude simple words please let me know) I also want to able to search for keywords from the feeds. The script would find keyword trends from the people I follow on Twitter, Facebook and defined RSS feeds - something that outputs the word in an organized way in order of popularity. Please provide a custom response to this project and any ideas you have, any generic response will be ignored. I will also pay for the project after it's been completed (I have great feedback) no expectations.
