I'd like to migrate our main school documentation (Microsoft Word files) to a WIKI system. I need : 1) Adivces Step : Help to choose the good Wiki System (DokuWiki I hope or MediaWiki) 2) Configuration Step : Configure de the Wiki System to permit - Chapter and sub-chapter numerotation, - approval -user rights for drafts-publication, - Versionning with numerotation of the version. - PDF export in a nice look (close to the Word document) for individual chapter (with number and version) or whole document. 3) Migrate Word documents (text, images, tables) to the Wiki. For the migration, the freelancer has to be VERY Precise (no mistake) as the documentation is official and validated by official authority. Needed competences or Experiences : - MediaWiki, DokuWiki or similar At the end, the objectives are to have something very similar on the Wiki as the Word document.

You wrote: At the end, the objectives are to have something very similar on the Wiki as the Word document. This is not possible in Wikipedia page. You must not be familiar with the Wikipedia policies, otherwise, you wouldn't have written such job description. In Wikipedia, we don't publish first-hand knowledge. Wikipedia is a place where we publish about anything, but everything we write on Wikipedia must be available on the web on reliable media and we can use that source as a citation. In Wikipedia, we just paraphrase the things available on the web, that can be in the form of newspaper, magazine, book, and trustworthy websites. Even things written on blogs, social media website, own website are not considered reliable and can't be counted as a citation or reference. The first thing is to see if the page qualifies for Wikipedia or not. For this, I need to do preliminary research regarding the subject. If the subject qualifies for the Wikipedia we'll have a deal otherwise it is better to wait for some time until we have enough reliable links. The preliminary research is meant for judging if there are enough reliable links. So send the link or just the name of the subject you want to create and then after my evaluation, I'll let you know if it worth a try now. For your information, I only accept such projects which will stay on the Wikipedia, otherwise, if the page gets deleted it will frustrate both of us. Thank you.
