Hello, Since it is an open source crm we can do custom reports in it and can attach it to any php based cms also. But since it is a niche job some learning curve is required. Although i have never used it but from the initial reading i can say that i can do the job for you. I have extensive experience in other crm's like zoho and salesforce.
