build a year make and model module for opencart based on options

I need to know if you could build me a custom year make and model module that would pull the data based on options to make our site much easier to navigate. Let’s say we sell a wheel and it comes in 5 different sizes so that means we have to put 5 different products up but they all look the same the only difference is the size, now 3 of those products fit the car the customer selected and when the customers see these 3 different products they get confused on which one fits there car, times all the other wheels that fit the car it just gives the customer too many options and pages. So what I like to do is have one product that has the right options based on the year make and model the options would become available. Here are two websites the first one works how our current site works with the year make and model selected [login to view URL] if you scroll down you will see the same style wheel again and again the only difference is the size or if its wider in the rear which we can put in the product name but the title is too long to read plus its too long for google standards for good SEO. Now the site we would like to replicate [login to view URL] you only see the wheel once and when you select the wheel, the sizes show up in the product options tabs. The admin side design you would see the year make and model with + or - to keep adding the options that fit the car, or however you would see fit to make it work we would like it to be user friendly on both ends and would need import and export capabilities. I also believe this would make the database smaller to help speed the site up when it request the data. this module can be sold on opencart if so my cost to purchase should be cheaper mine outright for more money. Please let me know if this is something you can do and have time for and if it can be done how much it would cost and how long it will take you or if you know someone that could do this
