Build a Website

Supergoop! is currently seeking a freelance developer to spearhead the buildout of a content heavy sub-site to support upcoming initiatives. Please note this is a one month position with the potential to continue as needed. While freelance, we will need someone who is available to be in the office from approximately August 7th through September 1st. Here's a bit more about what we're looking for: A person who has experience and/or expertise and loves WordPress products, themes, plugins and building websites on the WordPress platform. Understanding and/or expertise of HTML5/CSS3, XML, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and jQuery development coding in all browsers. Understanding and/or expertise of industry-accepted standards, specifications and best practices for front-end developer and user experience. Understanding and/or expertise of SEO editorial best practices, strategies, search term research, and keyword targeting. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and implementing design working alongside a lead graphic designer. Positive, enthusiastic, energetic, detail oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as a team member in a dynamic work environment. BA/BS required, BA/BS or graduate degree in relevant fields including Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, etc. preferred but not required. Team player who thrives in a start-up environment is a MUST.
