I need to build a Telegram scraper to scrape member's id, mass invite members from other groups to my group and mass message them. It can be for just Web or Windows or OS X. That doesn't matter, but if it works with both, it'd be better. Also, if the adding members can be done to a "public group" I can pay a little more.
