Build an Online Store

Good day, I need to create a complete wholesale platform where: For Approved Customers: 1. Customers will be added manually upon registration approval (no unapproved user/customer can use or enter the ordering system – private shop). 2. Product catalogue to be searchable by category, alphabetically, by brand or search keyword. 3. Registered customers can create and save their own stock sheets. I.e. they will choose products from our product catalogue to add to their stock sheets – they can create as many sheets as they need and can name their sheets anything they like, and add sub-categories into their sheets for example they name their sheet ‘Liquor’ and add sub-categories of ‘white wine’, ‘red wine’, ‘beers’ etc. and then add the products they will most frequently order from our catalogue to these sub-categories in their custom stock sheets. 4. When they want to order they can either order from their own custom stock sheets by typing in the quantity and adding the item to their current order list (or shopping cart) or they can add an item from our product list directly to their current order list (or shopping cart). 5. All products in our product catalogue need to have quantity option and option to either add the product to their custom stock sheet (choose stock sheet and sub-category) or add it to their current order list (or shopping cart). No need for individual product pages or product images or descriptions. Product catalogue only needs to be a list of all products with a ‘name’, ‘pack size’, ‘units in package’ and quantity option and option to either add the product to their custom stock sheet. 6. No prices or stock availability to be added to product catalogue. 7. No payment to be made. Only order to be sent via email to our office. For Representatives: 1. Representative role added. Reps to be added manually upon registration approval. 2. Representatives only can see prices. 3. Representatives to have ability to create ‘stock-sheets/pricelists/quotes’ for customers. Save these in their account indefinitely for future use or to use with final order. 4. Representatives to be able to send this ‘quote / pricelist’ as PDF to customers email. 5. Representatives to be able to send final customer order to office. 6. No payments to be made. I am looking for someone who will be able to help create a functional solution using WordPress, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce plugins like “WooCommerce Whislists Plugin - [login to view URL]” ect. to complete the solution. What will you charge to help with this?
