I would like to take the data from Airtable, using the API to turn this into a visual to show our upcoming work by week in a grid.
The weeks work would show the date as rows, and our installers as columns. The job/s that the installer has to do would then fall into the correct block on the grid and show certain details from Airtable (eg. location, client name, time etc)
We would need the details to fill the cell/block if they just have one job for the day, if there are two jobs it would split the cell/block in half and show both jobs, 3 jobs into thirds etc. Up to a maximum of 4 jobs per day.
Ideally we would also need to be able to drag and drop these jobs onto different dates or install teams and this would update the Airtable details, but I am not sure if this is possible. For example, if we drag a job currently on Monday with install team 1, onto Tuesday for team 3, it would update the install date and team on airtable.
I have attached a sample grid layout that we currently use to show you more or less how we need the layout to look for each week.
We would then want to project this onto a screen in the office so staff can see upcoming work.
The drag and drop would need to work similar to this site: [login to view URL]
If it had a zoom where you can click on a cell to zoom in and see the details that would also be good, similar to this:

Hello?
How are you?
I have seen the project - "Airtable API to grid with week days.."
I have been working in these fields((Data Entry, Database Programming, Excel, JSON, PHP)) for 7 yrs as a freelancer.
I can work full time as you need.
I will never disappoint you and i will try my best to deliver good result always.
Hope to work with you.
Thank you.
This can be done with php simple backend and a bootstrap frontend. I thing that airtable APIs are account specific, however from what I can see they can easily be queried with CURL so I don't see any problems. Drag and Drop should not be a problem.
