Adapting google maps API V2 code to V3 in two files on website

I need help with changing code from existing V2 to V3 for Google maps API. File 1 "[login to view URL]" : A map that is showing inside a form on the website, inside the map in the middle there should be a marker showing the position of the company shown inside the form. Data is taken from database values already specified in queries the in the file in question. I have already managed to get the map to show correctly but am unable to get the marker part to work for reasons unknown. marker does not need to be clickable, no extra settings required than the regular roadmap. excess/obsolete code should be cleaned out. File 2 "[login to view URL]". a map shows under a category, displaying all the companies geographical location in the map with markers for each company listed. Values for markers and map is collected from database values on website. markers need to be clickable. zoom level needs to be set according to database query from pre-existing code. both files had existing V2 working code with these functions until problems started with google and suddenly all i could see was "developer mode" and "something is wrong with this map" I'm guessing an experienced API programmer won't take more than an hour to fix this. all pre-existing code is there with the correct queries already available in the files, all it needs is the be adapted to correct V3 format. first file already has working code for map but is in need of cleaning out all obsolete/useless maps code and addition of the marker inside the map. Second file might be more complex because of it's ability to show several markers, but since all pre-existing code is there if you know what you're doing it should be a piece of cake. I'm in need of this to happen soon. example files provided are already altered to a point and is the current state of the files, i have completely unaltered files as well.
