We have zap running perfectly bar 1 change required. Currently our zap is created when customer starts potentially order. After 8 mins our site timeout any failed orders ie if credit card doesn't accept card or paypal etc. The Zap 15 mins after start of order(7 mins after timeout) looks back then to check status of order. Any that timeout/incomplete etc are ignored and only pulls processing orders. This of course is to make sure we don't deliver orders that were failed and never got money from! The thing we need to solve now though is it customer orginally went to pay say via stripe, but card failed SCA or something and then they switch to pay via paypal Zapier will pull the payment method as orginal ie Stipe when it should pull Paypal (or whatever last method they used to pay), This in turn means few times a month our accounts are off due to errror. So what we looking to do is get it after the 15 min delay to check payment method and pull the last payment method. Please do not contact us if you don't already know Zapier really well and how to look back on data! As we don't have time for someone to mess about trying to guess or learn it on our time!
