Fixing two formatting issues in a Wordpress template

I have a website [login to view URL] and there are two issues I am looking to fix ASAP. 1) At certain screen widths, images are not formatted correctly. Between 1010px and 1260px, the website stretches too much, and then beyond 1260px snaps back to how it should be. 2) The menu bar is also out of format at certain screen widths. The final item on the menu bar drops down to a second line when the screen width is condensed. These are the two main issues I need fixed. There is also an issue of the WBENC logo on the homepage which at certain screen widths is also falling out of place. If you take a look at the website and drag the screen size around, you will see what I'm talking about. I am happy to provide further details if needed. Thank you.
