MySpace Clone

Hi, I'm looking for a clone of MySpace - Either the same or similar. If you already have this type of script, please provide a demo. Ajax should be used for compatible browsers. Main features to include: Friends networking blogging (more advanced - like BlogHoster) forums (more advanced - like SMF/XMB) browse members search members (by name, location, interests, school, etc) web search with ability to have sponsored ads at the side profiles - including photo album, movies, etc. Messaging Groups Events Videos - Upload/watch/search/report/rate videos Music - Upload/listen/search/report/rate music Chat room - Users able to create chat rooms (and delete them later), invite members to join in, boot/block annoying members, etc. Favourites (members) Classifieds/Auctions Portal - show hot forum topics, top videos, new members, etc. Help & contact An administration panel should also be included for keeping control of the webiste. Ability to create site admins/moderators would also be ideal. Developers ideas are welcome. Ideally, you'll have used MySpace and know how it's used. Budget will depend on quality.
