WordPress, BuddyPress and sports

A New website called [login to view URL] ( fictive name ) will let user post on a " notice board " their own add. They can sell /buy gear, service or exchange their unit if they want. This website target a specific target market. The users will also have the chance to have their own space on the site to share with their friends photos, videos and stuff. It's a www.gumtree.com.au. site with some more functions. I am a designer and I'll provide the designs to be implemented onto the site + ftp and stuff. Images will be sliced and ready. Descriptions; 1 home page with Facebook widget / categories widget / image slider top / post 2 sign up / sign in in a light box 3 form when creating an add 4 user space wall ( buddypress ) I am after someone that knows the Wordpress business. I want a clear communicator and a delivery on time. Basically there is no room for a junior. We want a WP / Buddypress Ninja. We currently work a lot with Thesis, but we would need to go with a Buddypress friendly theme. This can lead to more work in the future. Of course this is not enough data, but I guess it's enough to give you an idea. Happy bidding
