139094 website to look professional

I am starting a newsletter I have already purchased .com, I want people to be able to buy subscriptions on-line (I guess I need a shopping cart) I will have one page with t-shirts available for purchasing I want to print the newsletter so that it copies on a copier and still looks good/I don't want blurred copies I want the website to look professional/classy Animation should be minimal I am trying to attract local/state/local advertisers, both forprofit and nonprofit I will be using a fair number of pictures – I need help with enhancing pictures will pay if you can do it I want to be able to manage the website myself (please make it user-friendly (I own publisher 2003, will upgrade to '07 if need necessary I use AOL instead of Explorer (I'm running windows vista, but I have windows xp on another computer if needed I WILL BE SHOWING COPYWRITED IMAGES (I HAVE ARTIST THAT WANT ME TO SELL THEIR DRAWING/PAINTINGS SO I NEED TO GURANTEE THEM THAT NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO PRINT THEIR IMAGES I need to have this completed asap. It is a mother's day issue so I want it out by the end of 05/07 (will pay extra if necessary)
