Turn a website with static html-pages into a wordpress site

The website [login to view URL] is a website basically built of static html-sites. You will have to create a wordpress site that looks exactly like the existing website. There are two little exceptions: 1. The page [login to view URL] has a different header. In the wordpress site all pages will have the same header. 2. At the starting page there is a list of events in a table. You don´t have to care for this. Just create the page without the event table. You will get full access to an ftp-server where you can upload and install the whole website. You will have to uplaod and istall wordpress, create a theme to make the website look exactly like it looks now and integrate any plugins that are necessary to have all required functions. Mainly there are two requirements where you will need a plugin: 1. The Newsletter There are only a few requirements: signup-form for the pages (on every page, just like it is now), double opt-in, “confirmation e-mail sent”-message after opt-in, confirmation page after double opt in, opt-out link in every newsletter, simple adding and deleting of recipient email addresses (since we will have to include the recipients from the former newsletter script, it would be nice if we could just copy&paste all at once), html-newsletter 2. Formmail for room availability request At [login to view URL] you can find a form to request room availability. There should be a few additional functions to this: a) The two fields for the dates are now simple text fields. But they will have to contain a calendar that appears onclick to select the date. b) check, if date of departure lies after date of arrival c) There cannot be more than 92 days between date of arrival and date of departure d) fields for Name, Tel and e-mail are mandatory e) check, if e-mail address has a valid format f) the field Tel can only contain the following characters: numbers, +, / and blank space g) there must be individual error messages for b) to f) – NOT just a general error message, but one that specifically tells the kind of error that accured h) include a captcha for spam protection i) when formmail is sent, user has to get a confirmation message on the page as well as by e-mail (there should be an e-mail template to edit the confirmation e-mail) 3. Google Maps integration At [login to view URL] you can see there is google maps integrated. It shows the location and it´s also integrated as a route planner. I´m not sure, how this will work in wordpress, but please make sure it works just like it does now. No prepayment. You will get the full payment after the project is completed.
